Lynx have been responsible for the development, sourcing of finance and implementation of a number of projects ranging in size and complexity. We have written and delivered a large number of courses in a wide variety of topics. In addition, we have worked with a number of business clients, drawing up tailored training needs analysis and delivering training to achieve the companies' objectives. Installed new computer systems and delivered in-house training, worked indirect sales, trained senior management in selling skills and customer care and worked on the design and implementation of a sales targetting system, including personally writing the accompanying training manual.
